This ensures longer shelf life and the portions also help you to keep track of your baby’s feed and nourishment. We recommend 1 table spoon of powder for porridges – 1 table spoon is aprox 15 gms – 1 Sachet is 15 gms “One Sachet Per Baby Meal”
Our Sathu Maavu online is based on the traditional grandma’s recipe. It has 20 ingredients including millets, cereals, pulses & nuts, of which 10 are sprouted and sun dried. A power house of nutrients, proteins and anti-oxidants, Sproutlets uses 100% Organic products from NPOP certified farmers of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.
Sprouted Sathu Maavu ingredients are: Ragi, Green Gram, Chana, Horse Gram, Black Eyed Peas, Black Gram, Sorghum, Wheat, Corn, Pearl Millet (these 10 are sprouted), Foxtail Millet, Sago, Brown Rice, Urad Dal, Cardamom, Dried Ginger, Ajwain, Samba Wheat, Cashews, and Almonds
